What To Expect
On your first visit you will be thoroughly evaluated through various assessments such as:
- Functional mobility assessment
- Functional strength assessment
- Biomechanical assessment
- Endurance assessment
- And more!
Your first visit will last anywhere from 45-60 minutes and will conclude by providing you with the following information:
- Home exercise program
- Expected number of PT visits
- Expected time of recovery
- Strategies to recover as fast as possible
- Strategies to prevent your injury from happening again
- Answers to any other questions you may have
